By accessing, registering on, or using the 98pakr platform available at https://98pakr.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable at the time of a given offer.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 98pakr ("we", "us", or "the Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date and version number are displayed at the top of this page and are updated each time a material change is made.

Use of the 98pakr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 98pakr operates a strict 21+ age policy. Any attempt to register using false age information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 98pakr or any associated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

98pakr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 98pakr Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any outstanding balances being forfeited.

When registering your 98pakr account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Select a strong, unique password for your account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 98pakr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account credentials.

98pakr is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Account registration is completed through the 98pakr Login page. Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations before withdrawal rights are activated.

All financial transactions on the 98pakr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500.
• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT. The full list of currently active methods is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your 98pakr account in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one banking day for bank transfer methods.
• 98pakr does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully KYC-verified accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak volume or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in your name. 98pakr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 98pakr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security review purposes, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

98pakr offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets placed using bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at rates that vary by game type, as specified in the bonus terms.
• 98pakr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonus balances will be removed from the account automatically.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All sports bets placed on the 98pakr Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 98pakr will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where 98pakr determines that the bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a manifestly incorrect price).
• In the event of a palpable error in the odds displayed — including but not limited to odds that are clearly disproportionate to true market rates — 98pakr reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, event, and account status. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 98pakr's discretion, including during moments of significant play that may affect the outcome (e.g., wickets, reviews, or interruptions in cricket matches).
• Match abandonments, postponements, and rescheduled events are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the Help section of the Platform.
• 98pakr is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that prevent successful bet placement. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted and confirmed before the event begins.

Cricket betting — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and ICC tournament markets — is governed by these general rules together with the cricket-specific betting rules available through the Cricket section of the Platform.

The 98pakr Casino section, accessible via 98pakr Casino, offers live dealer games, slots, and RNG-based games. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games offered on the Platform are sourced from certified software providers and are subject to independent RTP (Return to Player) certification. Certified RTP percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and are subject to studio availability. 98pakr is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party studio technical issues, provided reasonable measures are taken to restore service promptly.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game session, the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game's standard rules where technically possible. 98pakr will not be responsible for bets that cannot be placed due to disconnection.
• Results of all RNG casino games are generated by a certified random number generator and are final. 98pakr does not influence game outcomes.
• The Teen Patti Joker and Andar Bahar games available at 98pakr follow standard card game rules as published in the individual game help sections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98pakr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity. 98pakr is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, including accounts opened under different names or devices.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other competitive format on the Platform.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious errors in odds, game outcomes, or system malfunctions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a transaction on 98pakr without first raising the matter through official 98pakr support channels.

98pakr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The account holder fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the timeframe requested.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A self-exclusion or cool-off period is in effect for the account.
• 98pakr is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation clears the account, withdrawal processing will resume. If the investigation results in account termination for cause, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 98pakr support. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days of account closure.

All content on the 98pakr Platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 98pakr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 98pakr.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 98pakr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

98pakr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members and can be accessed directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after configurable gaming session durations (30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 120 minutes).
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account remains open during the cool-off period but all wagering functions are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request full self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Your use of the 98pakr Platform is also governed by the 98pakr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 98pakr collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and deleted upon expiry of the retention period or upon verified account closure request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 98pakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 98pakr's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 98pakr makes no warranty that the Platform will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.
• 98pakr is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays outside 98pakr's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 98pakr's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

98pakr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 98pakr will notify registered users via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised version number and effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pakr holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and 98pakr, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 98pakr Customer Support team by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 98pakr commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within 28 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority.
